According to legend, during the Northern Song Dynasty, Taiyi Zhenren, a hermit in Zhongnan Mountain, observed the stars at night and saw frequent disasters in the world, so he traveled all over the country to collect the essence of the five seasons of heaven and earth. Taiyi Zhenren strung them together with five-colored silk ribbons and decorated them with a silver peace and blessing engraved with the "Taishang Dongxuan Lingbao Amulet" to make a "Five Blessings Chain". This chain was later enshrined in the Tianshi Mansion of Longhu Mountain. Legend has it that the wearer can harmonize the energy of the four seasons and gather blessings from the five directions.
The pendant is engraved with the Taoist word "Ping An Fu". Combined with the "gold produces water" attribute of the accessories, it forms a double barrier of "talisman + five elements" to resist unexpected disasters. Ping An Fu, as an energy hub, reconciles the conflict of four colors, implying "a turning point in crisis." Red (fire) produces orange (earth), pink (gold) produces purple (water), forming a "fire, earth, gold, and water" mutual generation cycle to avoid the unbalanced five elements.
