The Demon-Subduing Hall of Mount Longhu contains a scroll of "Hunyuan Qitiantu", in which the Tai Chi is outlined with silver lines, the Taiyin is dotted with black jade, and the sun is condensed with ice crystals, which hides the secret method of refining instruments, "half instrument and half Qi, and the mutual roots of Yin and Yang". During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, when a Taoist refining instrument was observing the stars, he saw the seven stars of the Big Dipper and the six stars of the Southern Dipper interlaced, and the light projected on the copper chain in the hall actually showed the virtual shadow of Tai Chi, and he suddenly realized the truth of the heavenly way that "the chain is the boundary and the beads are the pivot". When the chain is completed, the light of the stars penetrates the chain body and casts the flowing shadow of the Heluo map on the pure black silk, as if revealing the image of the origin of the universe.
This object refines the Taoist wisdom of "knowing the white and keeping the black" into a physical form, swallowing up all the troubles in the world, reflecting the original intention and clarity, like the Milky Way cutting through the chaos and illuminating the lost North Star. When the Yin-Yang beads on the wrist sway with the steps, the rhythm of the universe in the "Hunyuan Qitiantu" is transformed into the breathing rhythm of the worldly practice.
